Beaver Coexistence Resources

While beavers provide many benefits, they don’t always comply with what humans want. And sometimes a beaver’s idea of where water goes can cause problems for people. This can include flooding, downed trees, clogged culverts, blocked ditches, etc.

Often, these problems can be solved by installing coexistence devices to protect resources. New Mexico has a growing list of people who might help install these structures. If you can’t find someone in your area in the list below, feel free to reach out to us here.
